Ingemar Bengtsson is a professor of physics and a member of the group for Condensed Matter and Quantum Optics at Stockholm University. His work is (for now) mostly concerned with SIC-POVMs, at a newly opened frontier between quantum theory and number theory.

 His contributions to FoQaCiA will mostly be in WP3.
